- Private Adoptions: Guiding families through independent adoptions, ensuring all legal requirements are met for a secure placement.
- Relative and Stepparent Adoptions: Simplifying the legal process for family members wishing to formalize their bond with a child.
- Interstate Adoptions (ICPC): Managing the complex regulations involved when adoptive parents and birth parents live in different states.
- Assisted Reproduction: Providing legal counsel for surrogacy and gamete donation agreements.
Leaders in the Adoption Community
Kathryn Pidgeon and Tiffany Hill are not just practitioners; they are leaders and advocates. Both are Fellows of the prestigious Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (AAAA), an invitation-only organization of attorneys who have distinguished themselves in the field. Kathryn Pidgeon has been practicing adoption law since 1990 and has served as the President of the Maricopa County National Adoption Day Foundation. Tiffany Hill, who joined the firm in 2010, is also deeply involved in the community, serving as Vice President of the same foundation. Their commitment extends beyond the courtroom as they work to raise awareness and celebrate adoption in Arizona.
