Unwavering Advocacy in the Historic Heart of LA
Kirakosian Law is a firm that embodies the fighting spirit of Los Angeles. Housed in the iconic Historic Engine Co. No. 28 building on South Figueroa Street, this firm is as much a landmark of justice as its office is a landmark of architecture. Founder Greg Kirakosian has built a reputation as a fearless advocate for those who have been wronged by powerful entities, whether they be negligent corporations or government agencies. Specializing in Civil Rights and Personal Injury, Kirakosian Law does not shy away from difficult cases. If you have been a victim of police misconduct, a severe car accident, or a violation of your constitutional rights, this firm provides the aggressive legal representation needed to hold the guilty accountable.
Champions of Civil Rights and Personal Injury
The firm’s practice is focused on giving a voice to the voiceless. Their primary areas of expertise include:
- Civil Rights & Police Misconduct: Greg Kirakosian is known for taking on cases involving excessive force, wrongful arrest, and malicious prosecution. The firm fights tirelessly to ensure that law enforcement officers uphold the oath they took to protect and serve.
- Catastrophic Personal Injury: Representing victims of life-altering accidents, including traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord damage. The firm treats these cases with the urgency and detailed attention they demand.
- Wrongful Death: When negligence leads to the loss of life, Kirakosian Law helps families navigate the legal aftermath, seeking justice and financial security for the bereaved.
- Government Liability: Suing the government is complex due to various immunities. With experience in this niche, the firm knows how to pierce the corporate veil of public entities.
Located in Historic Engine Co. No. 28
The firm’s location is nothing short of spectacular. They operate out of the Historic Engine Co. No. 28 at 644 South Figueroa Street. Built in 1912, this reinforced concrete fire station is a designated Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument. The building’s rich history of saving lives parallels the firm’s mission of saving livelihoods. Situated in the financial district, it is surrounded by modern skyscrapers like the Wilshire Grand Center, standing as a testament to the enduring strength of the city’s foundations.
‘Integrity. Credibility. Civility.’ These are the core values of Kirakosian Law. Greg Kirakosian believes that winning a case requires not just legal brilliance, but also the respect of the court and the opposition.
A Personal Approach to Justice
Kirakosian Law differentiates itself through a commitment to personalized service. Unlike ”mill” firms that process thousands of claims, this firm is selective:
- Direct Attorney Involvement: Clients deal directly with their attorney, ensuring that their story is heard and understood.
- Multilingual Representation: The firm proudly serves the diverse LA population, with services available in English, Spanish, and Armenian.
- No Fees Unless You Win: Operating on a contingency fee basis, the firm ensures that high-quality legal representation is accessible to everyone, regardless of financial status.
Whether you are seeking a civil rights lawyer to challenge an injustice or a personal injury attorney to help you recover from an accident, Kirakosian Law offers the expertise and the passion to win. Contact them today for a free consultation at their historic downtown office.
