Housed on the fourth floor of the historic Homestead Building, a classic four-story red brick commercial building. The building is easy to spot as it features the popular Splash Seafood Bar & Grill occupying the sidewalk level.
Suite Access
Enter the historic Homestead Building through the main entrance. Take the elevator to the fourth floor, which is entirely occupied by the law firm. You will walk directly into the firm reception desk from the elevator lobby.

While there is no dedicated private on-site parking lot for the building, visitors can easily find metered street parking along Locust Street or utilize nearby public parking garages.
