The office is located on the second floor of the historic five-story Saddlery Building (built in 1881). It is the oldest remaining example of Italianate commercial architecture in Des Moines, with the first floor occupied by the Court Avenue Restaurant & Brewing Company and the property situated near the Hessen Haus restaurant.
Suite Access
Enter the historic building through the main entrance. Take the elevator or the stairs to the second floor to reach the offices of Court Avenue Business Suites in Suite 230.
Parking Details
There is no dedicated parking lot directly on site for clients, but visitors can easily find metered street parking along Court Avenue, or use nearby public surface lots and parking ramps.
