Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service (MVLS) is a pillar of the Maryland legal community, headquartered in downtown Baltimore. Founded in 1981, this non-profit organization was established with a vital mission: to provide quality civil legal services to low-income Marylanders who otherwise would be forced to navigate the complexities of the legal system alone. For over four decades, MVLS has connected thousands of clients with a vast network of volunteer attorneys, CPAs, and enrolled agents who donate their time and expertise.
