This is a modern, 17-story commercial glass office tower situated in the Fan Pier development. The building is easily recognizable next to the Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA) and a short walk from Strega Waterfront restaurant.
Suite Access
Enter through the main glass lobby of 100 Northern Ave and check in with the reception desk or security. Take the elevator to the firm’s main offices, with primary visitor reception located on the 7th Floor.
Parking Details
On-site parking is available at the 100 Northern Garage (operated by Pilgrim Parking) directly beneath the building. Additional public parking options include The Alyx Parking Garage, an underground facility nearby.
