Building Location
The office is located on the 5th floor of 15 Court Square (also known as 15 Pi Alley), a historic 11-story Class-B office building originally constructed in 1915 and renovated in 2018. It sits surrounded by prominent sites such as the Benjamin Franklin Statue and the historic First Public School Site.
Suite Access
Enter the building through the secure main lobby of 15 Court Square. Take one of the passenger elevators up to the 5th floor to find the offices of Suite 500.
Parking Details
The building does not offer on-site parking. However, paid public underground parking is available nearby at the One Center Plaza Parking Garage or the 60 State Street Parking Garage.
