Clearing Records and Restoring Futures
Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone deserves to be haunted by them forever. Mark Herman, Attorney At Law, is a dedicated legal practice in Minneapolis focused on giving people a second chance. Located in the iconic IDS Center, Mark Herman has established himself as a leading authority on expungement law in Minnesota. With over two decades of experience since becoming licensed in 1997, he understands that a criminal record can be a massive barrier to employment, housing, and personal growth. His practice is built on the belief that a past conviction shouldn’t dictate your future. Mark is known for his approachable, non-judgmental style and his deep knowledge of the specific statutes that allow for record sealing. He doesn’t just file paperwork; he crafts compelling arguments to convince judges that his clients have rehabilitated and deserve a clean slate.
The Expungement Specialist
While many attorneys handle expungements as a side service, for Mark Herman, it is a core specialty. He helps clients seal records for everything from minor misdemeanors and theft charges to more serious drug crimes. He stays up-to-date with the ever-changing Minnesota expungement laws, ensuring that his clients take full advantage of new opportunities for relief. Beyond expungements, Mark is also a skilled criminal defense attorney. He represents clients facing current charges, such as DWI/DUI and domestic assault, with the goal of minimizing the long-term impact on their records from day one. His proactive approach often involves negotiating resolutions that keep convictions off a client’s record entirely.
- Record Sealing: Protecting your privacy by making criminal records inaccessible to the public and employers.
- Probation Violations: Defending clients against allegations that could send them to jail.
- Restoration of Rights: Helping clients regain their right to possess firearms and vote.
24/7 Accessibility
Mark Herman prides himself on being accessible to his clients whenever they need him. He offers 24/7 availability, recognizing that legal anxiety doesn’t sleep. His ‘No-Charge Initial Consultation’ allows potential clients to discuss their situation without financial risk. Mark is a solo practitioner, which means when you hire him, you get him-not a junior associate or a paralegal. This personal attention ensures that every case is handled with the utmost care and consistency. Clients consistently praise his responsiveness and his ability to explain the legal process in plain English. If you are looking to find a lawyer who can help you erase the past and build a brighter future, Mark Herman is the dedicated advocate you need.
