Relentless Advocacy in the Crossroads: Kendall Law Group
Kendall Law Group is a premier personal injury law firm located in the vibrant Crossroads Arts District of Kansas City, Missouri. Founded by Brad Kendall, a former judge and experienced trial attorney, the firm brings a unique perspective to every case. Having sat on the bench, Brad Kendall understands exactly how courts evaluate evidence and arguments. He uses this insider knowledge to build bulletproof cases for his clients. The firm is dedicated to representing everyday people who have been harmed by the negligence of others, offering a personalized alternative to the high-volume ”mill” firms. At Kendall Law Group, you are not just a case number; you are a person with a story that deserves to be heard.
Traffic and Vehicle Accidents
The roads of Kansas City can be dangerous. Kendall Law Group provides aggressive representation for victims of:
- Car Accidents: Investigating the causes of crashes, from distracted driving to drunk driving, to ensure full liability is established.
- Truck Accidents: taking on commercial trucking companies and their insurers when safety violations lead to serious injury.
- Motorcycle and Bicycle Accidents: Protecting vulnerable road users who often suffer the most severe injuries in collisions.
Premises Liability and Slip & Fall
Property owners have a duty to keep their premises safe. If you have been injured due to a dangerous condition, the firm can help. They handle:
- Slip and Fall: proving negligence in cases involving icy sidewalks, wet floors, or uneven pavement.
- Negligent Security: Representing victims of assault or theft caused by inadequate lighting or security measures at businesses and apartment complexes.
Wrongful Death and Catastrophic Injury
When negligence leads to life-altering consequences, Kendall Law Group stands as a pillar of support. They handle cases involving Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI), spinal cord damage, and Wrongful Death claims. The firm works with medical experts and life care planners to calculate the true cost of an injury, ensuring that settlements cover not just immediate bills, but a lifetime of care.
A Client-First Philosophy
Brad Kendall believes in direct communication and transparency. Clients have direct access to their attorney and are kept informed at every stage of the legal process. The firm operates on a contingency fee basis, meaning there are no upfront costs, and fees are only collected if a recovery is made. Located in a historic building in the Crossroads, the office reflects the firm’s connection to the community-accessible, solid, and dependable.
