A Champion for Patients: New York Medical Malpractice Advocacy
Welcome to the Dennehy Law Firm, a New York City legal practice with a singular, dedicated mission: representing patients and their families who have been harmed by medical malpractice. Located in the historic Woolworth Building, our firm is a powerful advocate for those who have suffered due to botched surgeries, undiagnosed infections, missed cancer diagnoses, and other forms of medical negligence. We believe that achieving justice goes beyond securing financial compensation; it’s about driving systemic changes in healthcare to ensure what happened to you does not happen to anyone else. Led by Susan Dennehy, an AV Preeminent® rated attorney, our firm has recovered tens of millions of dollars for clients, providing a path to restoring what was lost. We are committed to making a difference, one case at a time. 🗽
A Focused Practice on Medical Negligence
Unlike general practice firms, we concentrate our resources and expertise exclusively on medical malpractice litigation. This focus provides our clients with a significant advantage. Susan Dennehy’s unique background, which includes years as a partner at a firm defending doctors and hospitals, gives us invaluable insight into the strategies of our opponents. We know how to anticipate their moves and build a powerful, proactive case on your behalf. We are dedicated to uncovering the truth and telling your story with the skill and compassion it deserves. 🩺
