Profile
A Legacy of Justice for New York’s Catastrophically Injured
For over 65 years, Edelman and Edelman, P.C. has stood as New York City’s premier law firm for complex negligence and civil litigation. We are a family-founded practice with a formidable legacy of championing the rights of individuals who have suffered catastrophic injuries. Our firm is built not just on legal experience, but on a deep, nuanced understanding of medicine and the devastating impact an injury can have on a person’s life. This ‘medical advantage’ allows us to uncover compelling arguments for damages where other firms see none. We are known for our meticulous preparation and for being relentless trial lawyers who go ‘all in,’ committing all necessary resources to secure the best possible outcome for you and your family. When you are facing powerful insurance companies and corporations, you need a law firm that is prepared to fight and win. 🗽
A Focused Practice on Serious Injury and Injustice
We are not a general practice firm. Our focus is exclusively on helping people who have suffered the most severe injuries due to another party’s negligence. This specialization has made us a leading voice in New York personal injury law, amassing an impressive record of multimillion-dollar settlements and precedent-setting verdicts.
