Building Location
The office is housed in the Gilman Building, a historic multi-story brick structure that reflects the Victorian-era commercial architecture of the district. The building entrance is directly on St. Clair Avenue, nestled between W 3rd and W 6th Streets.
Suite Access
Visitors should use the main entrance on St. Clair Avenue. There is an intercom system or lobby attendant. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor to reach Suite 230.
Parking Details
Metered street parking is available along St. Clair Avenue and W 3rd Street. There are also several public parking lots located immediately behind the building and across the street in the Warehouse District.
Public Transit
The office is easily accessible via the RTA. The W 3rd St & St Clair Ave bus stop is just steps away. The Tower City Station (Red, Blue, Green Lines) is a short 5-minute walk from the office.
