This is a 21-story modern Class-A office skyscraper known as the Encova Building (formerly the Motorists Mutual Building). The building features a sleek black glass curtain wall facade and overlooks the nearby historic Topiary Park.

Enter through the main lobby of the Encova Building. Take the building elevators to the 18th floor to reach Suite 1800.
Parking Details
Visitors to the building can park in the designated visitor lot at 460 E. Capital St. (between South Ninth Street and South Washington Avenue). Tenants have access to the attached multi-story covered parking garage off Oak Street.
