The office is located on the second floor of the Watermark I building (part of the completely renovated Watermark office campus). The property features a modern tenant lounge, an on-site café, a fitness center, and is situated directly on the Willamette River Greenway Trail near Cottonwood Bay.
Parking Details
Ample parking is available for clients and visitors in the structured Watermark Parking Garage, as well as a large surface parking lot directly in front of the building which includes designated ADA parking spaces.

Served by TriMet Route 35 (Macadam/Greeley); nearest stop is at Southwest Macadam & Hamilton Court.
