Legacy Preservation Law is a specialized estate planning firm located in the vibrant Concordia neighborhood of Northeast Portland. Founded in 2000 by James (Jim) D. McVittie, the firm was born out of a desire to provide more than just legal documents; we strive to provide peace of mind. Unlike general practice attorneys who may dabble in wills, we focus exclusively on estate planning and elder law. This specialization allows us to stay at the forefront of tax laws, Medicaid regulations, and asset protection strategies.
