Our Focused Areas of Practice
As a specialized personal injury firm, we stay on the cutting edge of legal issues and legislative changes to provide the most effective representation possible. Our practice places special emphasis on a range of injury claims.
- Accident & Injury Lawyers: We handle all aspects of motor vehicle liability, including complex cases involving uninsured and underinsured motorist benefits. Our expertise covers Car Accidents, Truck Accidents, and other collisions.
- Boating Accident Lawyers: Uniquely, our founding partners are U.S. Coast Guard licensed captains. This firsthand knowledge gives us an unparalleled advantage in successfully handling cases involving serious boating accidents and wrongful death on the water.
- Workers’ Compensation Lawyers: We fight for the rights of employees who have been injured on the job, helping them navigate the complexities of workers’ compensation claims to secure the benefits they need for medical care and lost wages.
- Slip & Fall Injury Lawyers (Premises Liability): Our firm holds negligent property owners accountable when their failure to maintain a safe environment results in serious injury.
- Medical Malpractice Lawyers (Professional Negligence): We represent victims of medical negligence and other forms of professional malpractice, seeking justice for the pain and suffering caused by a breach of professional duty.
- Defective Product Injury Lawyers: We pursue claims against manufacturers and distributors when their unsafe or defective products cause undue harm to consumers.
A Legacy of Trust and Results
With over 100 years of combined personal injury experience, our attorneys have won millions of dollars in settlements and judgments for our clients. 🤝 Our reputation for excellence is so strong that a substantial number of our cases are referrals from other law firms. Our founder, Ronald A. Kovler, is a past President of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and has been repeatedly selected by his peers as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer®, a testament to the high respect he commands in the legal community. As a boutique firm, we are small and agile enough to give your case the personal attention it deserves.
