Building Location
The office is situated on the 11th floor of the historic 37-story art deco Grant Building at 310 Grant Street. Completed in 1929 as the city’s tallest structure, this landmark tower is easily found adjacent to the Allegheny County Courthouse and features the iconic Nicky’s Grant Street diner on its lobby level.
Suite Access
Enter through the grand main lobby of the historic Grant Building. Take one of the high-speed passenger elevators to the 11th floor, then proceed to Suite 1110 to reach the office of Sikov and Love, P.A.
Parking Details
Paid public parking is exceptionally convenient, as the building features its own on-site Grant Building Garage. Alternatively, visitors can utilize the nearby Mellon Square Garage or local surface parking lots.
