The office is located on the second floor of the modern 4-story Class A Capitol West office building, completed in 2021. The building features sleek architectural styling, private balconies, and an outdoor terrace, and is located just down the street from the popular Phoebe’s Diner.
Suite Access
Enter the Capitol West building through the main glass lobby on San Antonio Street. Check in with lobby security if required, and take the passenger elevator up to the second floor, where you will find the offices in Suite 201.

Convenient secure underground parking is available directly within the building’s own Capitol West Garage, featuring four levels of subterranean parking. Reserved and unreserved spaces can be accessed for a fee, and secure bike storage is also provided.
