Northwest Justice Project (NJP) is the cornerstone of the civil legal aid system in Washington State. Defending Basic Human Needs
NJP’s work is critical in preventing homelessness and protecting victims of violence. They are the primary defense for many facing Eviction and housing discrimination. The Seattle office serves as the main hub for King County and is located in the Court in the Square building. Building Location
The office is located in the Court in the Square building, a historic brick office complex in Pioneer Square. The building consists of two structures connected by a glass atrium alleyway and is located on 2nd Ave S between Jackson and King Streets.
Suite Access
Visitors should enter the main atrium entrance of Court in the Square. Take the elevator to the 4th Floor, Suite 407.
Parking Details
There is no onsite parking for the public. Paid street parking and public lots are available in the Pioneer Square area, but they can be expensive. Public transit is the best option.
Public Transit
The location is extremely well-connected, situated just one block from King Street Station (Sounder/Amtrak) and near the International District/Chinatown Station. It is also a major stop for Metro buses.
