This is a 23-story commercial Class B office skyscraper known as the Pacific Building. The building is situated near the landmark Arctic Club Hotel and features a Top Pot Doughnuts on the street level.
Parking Details
Paid parking is available for visitors in the on-site covered Pacific Building Garage, which can be accessed from Columbia Street just east of 3rd Avenue.

Served by Sound Transit Route 1-Line (Northbound); nearest stop is at Pioneer Square Station.
Accessibility / Suite Access
Enter the main street-level lobby of the Pacific Building at 720 3rd Ave. Use the passenger elevators to go up to the 20th floor, where Suite 2015 P is located.
