Kids Matter Inc. is a vital non-profit organization in Milwaukee dedicated to improving the lives of abused, neglected, and at-risk children. While not a traditional private law firm, we are a specialized legal services agency that provides direct representation and advocacy. We are the only agency in Wisconsin providing non-GAL civil legal services specifically for children and informal kinship families.
Our mission is to ensure that every child has a safe and permanent home. We support grandparents, relatives, and foster parents who step up to care for children when biological parents cannot. We navigate the complex child welfare system so you can focus on what matters most: the well-being of the child.
