A Dual-Threat Powerhouse: Immigration and Employment Law
Thomas M. Lee Law Offices APLC offers a unique and powerful combination of legal expertise. Led by Thomas M. Lee, a former prosecutor with over 20 years of trial experience, this firm specializes in the intersection of Immigration Law and Employment Law. Located in the heart of Koreatown on Wilshire Boulevard, the firm is a fierce advocate for both individuals and businesses. Whether you are an immigrant facing deportation, a business owner needing to secure work visas for your staff, or an employee who has been wrongfully terminated, Thomas Lee brings the aggressive litigation skills of a former District Attorney to your corner. Certified as Class Action Counsel by multiple courts, Attorney Lee has recovered over $10 million in judgments and settlements, proving that he has the muscle to take on big fights and win.
Specialized Legal Solutions
The firm’s dual focus allows them to handle complex cases that other firms cannot touch:
- Immigration Litigation: Specializing in fixing ”broken” cases. The firm handles appeals to the BIA and Ninth Circuit, as well as complex deportation defense. They boast a 95% approval rate on petitions.
- Business Immigration: Assisting companies with H-1B, L-1, and E-2 investor visas, ensuring that businesses can access the global talent they need.
- Employment Disputes: Representing employees in wage and hour claims, wrongful termination, and sexual harassment suits. They understand how immigration status can be weaponized by employers and know how to protect workers’ rights regardless of their background.
- Class Actions: Leading large-scale lawsuits against employers who systematically violate California labor laws.
Strategic Koreatown Location
The firm operates from the 24th floor of 3435 Wilshire Boulevard, a towering Class-A office building in the bustling Koreatown district. This central location is equidistant from Downtown Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, making it a convenient hub for the firm’s diverse clientele. The high-rise office offers panoramic views of the city and reflects the firm’s stature as a serious player in the Los Angeles legal market. The building is located directly across from the Equitable Plaza and is a landmark in the K-Town skyline.
‘When we take a case, we take it to win.’ Thomas Lee’s philosophy is born from his days as a prosecutor. He does not just file paperwork; he prepares every case for battle, whether that is in an immigration interview or a courtroom.
