It is situated on the corner of Wilshire Blvd and Flower St. The building is famous for hosting the Takami Sushi & Robata restaurant and Elevate Lounge on its penthouse floor.
Suite Access
Enter the main lobby from Wilshire Blvd. Security is present 24/7. Check-in at the front desk is required. Take the elevator to the 17th floor. The office is in Suite 1700.
Parking Details
Valet parking is available in the building’s subterranean garage (entrance on Flower St). Rates are high. Public parking is available at The Bloc across the street or the Figueroa at Wilshire garage.
Public Transit
The location is excellent for transit. The 7th St/Metro Center Station (Lines A, B, D, E) is located directly across the street. The Metro Rapid 720 stops at the corner of Wilshire and Flower.
