Profile
Trusted Counsel for Federal Contractors
TILLIT LAW PLLC is a dynamic law firm in Washington, D.C., dedicated exclusively to helping businesses navigate the U.S. federal procurement lifecycle. Founded in 2021 by Sareesh Rawat, an experienced government contracts attorney, the firm takes its name from the Norwegian word for ”trust” (tillit). This foundational principle drives everything they do: building lasting partnerships with clients based on reliability, transparency, and results. Located near the U.S. Capitol, the firm provides agile and cost-effective legal solutions for contractors of all sizes, from startups entering the federal market to established corporations facing high-stakes disputes. 🏢
Unlike traditional firms that can be slow and prohibitively expensive, TILLIT LAW leverages a modern, client-centric model. Sareesh Rawat brings years of ”in-the-trenches” experience, having held senior management positions with federal contractors before establishing his practice. This background allows him to offer practical, business-savvy advice that goes beyond legal theory. The firm specializes in bid protests, contract claims, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that your business is protected at every stage of the government contracting process.
