This office is situated in the distinctive, 6-story historic brick-and-beam commercial building known as the Atlantic Building (or 400 Atlantic Avenue). Built circa 1890 and recently modernized, it is located right on the harbor near the Rowes Wharf complex and James Hook & Co.
Suite Access
Enter through the main entrance of the Atlantic Building at 400 Atlantic Avenue. The building is fully accessible and features passenger elevators to take you to the appropriate floor. Visitors should check in at the reception area.
Parking Details
There is no on-site parking at this property, but public parking is readily available in several nearby facilities, such as the subterranean Rowes Wharf Garage at 30 Rowes Wharf and the Harbor Garage at 70 East India Row.
