Building Location
The firm occupies the 12th Floor of the Omaha Tower (historically known as the Commercial Federal Tower). This high-rise is one of the most recognizable buildings in Omaha outside of downtown, featuring a distinctive dark exterior. It is located directly across from the College of Saint Mary and adjacent to the Aksarben business district.
Suite Access
Enter the building through the main lobby facing the parking lot. Proceed to the bank of elevators and select the 12th Floor. The firm occupies a significant portion of the floor, with a reception area clearly visible upon exiting the elevator.
Parking Details
The Omaha Tower features a large free surface parking lot surrounding the building, as well as a parking structure. Visitors can park in any non-reserved spot near the main entrance.
Public Transit
The location is a major transit node. Metro Route 18 (72nd Street) stops directly at 72nd & Mercy Road, providing north-south connectivity. Route 11 also serves the area. The building is easily accessible from I-80 via the 72nd Street exit.
