The firm’s offices are housed on the fourth floor of One Capitol Street, a beautiful 5-story commercial brick building built in 1926. It is situated right next to the historic New Hampshire State House and across from the Museum of the New Hampshire Historical Society.

Enter the main entrance of the commercial building at One Capitol Street, which is fully wheelchair accessible. Take the elevator up to the Fourth Floor to reach the main reception area of Ransmeier & Spellman P.C.
