This is a 14-story Class A commercial office tower known as 250 Hudson Street. Originally built in 1929 as a printing trades facility, it has been transformed by Jack Resnick & Sons with modern infrastructure, a limestone and marble lobby, and a stunning 10,000-square-foot landscaped green roof.
