This is a historic, 16-story Beaux-Arts style commercial office building completed in 1908, known as the Lawyers Title Insurance and Trust Company Building. Designed by the prominent architectural firm Clinton & Russell, it features a classic stone and brick facade and is connected internally to 6 Liberty Place and 6 Maiden Lane, situated near Zuccotti Park and Raj’s Indian Kitchen.

Walk into the building through the main entrance on Broadway. Check in at the security desk in the attended lobby, and take one of the passenger elevators to reach the 4th Floor.
