This is a historic 14-story Class B commercial office building known as the Craftsman Building, originally opened in 1913 by Gustav Stickley. Designed in the Craftsman style with a classic facade, it is situated near Citibank and The Heavenly Burger.
Suite Access
Enter the building through the main lobby on East 39th Street. Check in with building security, then take one of the elevators up to the 7th floor to reach Suite 705. The building is wheelchair accessible.
