We are proud to be a Federally Designated Debt Relief Agency, dedicated to guiding our clients through difficult times with dignity and respect. 💪
Comprehensive Legal Services for Your Needs
While we are a general practice firm with a broad range of experience, our specialties involve helping people navigate some of life’s most significant challenges. We have seen everything over the past three decades and bring that wealth of knowledge to every case. Our primary areas of practice include:
- Divorce and Family Law Lawyers: The anguish of divorce and separation can be made worse by uncaring legal representation. We handle everything from quick No-Fault Divorces to complex contested cases and mediation with the care you deserve.
- Bankruptcy Lawyers: Financial difficulties can be overwhelming. As experienced Debt Relief lawyers, we help clients stop foreclosures, judgments, and garnishments, guiding them through Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy to find a path forward.
- Immigration Lawyers: Our immigration practice started by popular demand from our existing clients. We handle a wide array of immigration services, including permanent residence (Green Cards), naturalization, and fiancé visas.
- Real Estate and Tax Lawyers: We provide expert guidance on property transactions and disputes, and our Tax Lawyers assist clients with planning and IRS representation.
- Accident and Injury Lawyers: For those who have been injured, we provide trusted and reliable advocacy, handling cases including Workers’ Compensation and other personal injury claims.
