Founded in 1978, SeniorLAW Center is a dedicated non-profit organization that stands as the only legal services agency in Pennsylvania exclusively devoted to protecting the rights of older residents. With a mission to seek justice for seniors who are in need, disadvantaged, or facing abuse, we provide a wide range of free legal services, community legal education, and advocacy programs. Our work addresses the most critical issues facing the elderly, from preventing homelessness to stopping fraud and abuse. We believe that all seniors deserve to live with dignity and independence, and our team works tirelessly to be their voice and their shield in the legal system. Our services are a lifeline for thousands of vulnerable seniors and their families across the state each year.

- Kinship Care and Grandfamilies: A significant part of our work involves helping grandparents and other relatives who have taken on the role of primary caregiver for young children. We assist with obtaining legal and physical custody, ensuring family stability and access to resources.

Located in the prime Logan Square neighborhood in Center City West, right next to the Comcast Center and steps away from the scenic Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
Building Location
This office is housed in a commanding 27-story Class A office tower built in 1974 located at the corner of 17th and Arch Street. It is directly opposite the iconic Comcast Center and close to Suburban Station.
Suite Access
Enter the building’s main lobby on the Arch Street side. Check in at the security desk and take the high-speed passenger elevators up to the 18th floor to reach Suite 1820.
Parking Details
For parking, visitors can utilize the secure underground Impark garage located within the building (private with fee), or other multi-storey public parking facilities situated nearby.
Public Transit
Served by SEPTA Route 17 (northbound); nearest stop is at Suburban Station.
