The office is located in the Norton Building, a landmark 17-story skyscraper in the Financial District. Famous for being one of Seattle’s first International Style modern high-rises, it features a glass and aluminum facade. It sits on 2nd Avenue between Columbia St and Marion St.
Suite Access
Visitors must check in at the lobby security desk. A photo ID is required. Take the elevator bank to the 14th floor to reach Suite 1415. The building offers stunning views of Elliott Bay.
Parking Details
The Norton Building has its own underground parking garage (entrance on Columbia St or 1st Ave). There are also several other paid garages nearby, including the Ferry Terminal garage. Street parking is extremely limited.
Public Transit
The location is a major transit hub. It is just two blocks from the Pioneer Square Station (Link Light Rail) and directly across from the Seattle Ferry Terminal (Colman Dock), making it accessible for clients coming from Bainbridge or Bremerton.
