One Thomas Circle is a 12-story, Class A office building with a distinctive modern design and a glass curtain wall. It is a landmark structure on the circle, surrounded by the Westin Hotel and the National City Christian Church.
Suite Access
Enter via the main lobby entrance facing the circle. The building features a renovated lobby with a security desk. Present identification if requested and take the elevators to the 7th Floor. Suite 700 is easily located from the elevator bank.
Parking Details
The building has an underground parking garage managed by SP+ or similar, with the entrance typically located on M Street NW or the alley access. Valet parking is often available. Additional public parking is available at the 1402 M St NW garage next door. Street parking is very limited around the circle.
Public Transit
Ideally situated for transit users. The building is a short walk from McPherson Square Station (Blue, Orange, Silver Lines) to the south and Mt Vernon Sq 7th St-Convention Center (Green, Yellow Lines) to the east. Several bus lines, including the 52, 54, and DC Circulator, stop directly at or near Thomas Circle.
