The office is located at 300 W Douglas Ave, Suite 430, inside the Olive W. Garvey Building (Building 250) of the Garvey Center. This prominent complex is situated in downtown Wichita, just west of the Century II Performing Arts Center. The location is a well-known landmark in the city’s business district.
Building Location
The Garvey Center consists of two high-rise office towers connected by a plaza. Martin Law is in the west building (Olive W. Garvey Building). The building features a distinctive mid-century modern architectural style. Clients should enter through the main lobby on the plaza level or from Douglas Avenue.
Suite Access
Suite 430 is located on the 4th floor. Elevators in the main lobby provide direct access. The suite is clearly marked with the Martin Law signage.
Parking Details
Clients can use the Garvey Center Parking Garage, which is free for visitors (with validation). The garage entrance is accessible from the alleyway. There is also metered street parking along Douglas Avenue.
Public Transit
The office is well-served by the Q-Line trolley, which stops directly on Douglas Avenue. Wichita Transit bus routes also service the immediate downtown area, making the office accessible for those without a vehicle.
