The office is located at 1600 Genessee Street, Suite 460. This is inside the historic Livestock Exchange Building in the West Bottoms district. The building is situated on the corner of Genessee and 16th Street.
Building Location
The Livestock Exchange Building is the largest and most prominent structure in the West Bottoms. It is a 9-story brick building with classic early 20th-century architecture, easily visible from I-670.
Suite Access
Enter through the main double doors on the ground floor. The lobby features historic marble and woodwork. Take the elevator to the 4th Floor. Suite 460 is located down the hall.
Parking Details
The building is surrounded by large surface parking lots. Parking is free for visitors and tenants, which is a major convenience compared to downtown parking.
Public Transit
Public transit in the West Bottoms is limited. The Route 12 (12th Street) bus stops at 12th & Genessee, which is a few blocks walk south to the office. Most clients arrive by car.
