Formerly the headquarters of the Underwood Typewriter Company, the building features fluted pilasters on its lower levels and is situated near the landmark Woolworth Building and Epicerie Boulud.
Suite Access
Enter the building through the main entrance on Vesey Street. Check in with lobby security, then take the elevator up to the 4th Floor to reach the law firm’s office. The building is wheelchair accessible.

For visitors, a paid public option is available at the nearby Speedy Park surface lot, as well as multiple public multi-storey parking lots in the area.
