Our Dual Areas of Legal Expertise
By specializing in two distinct practice areas, we provide our clients with a deep level of knowledge and a tailored strategy for success. We are your trusted advisors, committed to achieving the best possible outcome in your case.
- Criminal Defense Lawyers: An arrest can be traumatizing. With years of experience as a prosecutor, Mr. Weinstein understands the tactics the government will use against you. We provide a vigorous defense for clients facing a wide range of charges, including DUI/DWI, Drug Crimes, Violent Crimes, Burglary and Theft, and complex White Collar offenses.

We offer a holistic, team-based approach to protect you from liability. We guide clients through every step of the process, from the initial attorney review to closing, for both residential and commercial properties. 🏡
The Former Prosecutor Advantage
Andy Weinstein spent years as a prosecutor in New York, handling over a thousand criminal cases. This invaluable experience gives our criminal defense clients a significant strategic advantage. We can anticipate the prosecution’s arguments, identify weaknesses in their case, and build a more effective defense strategy.
