This is a landmark 36-story Art Deco commercial office building at 80 Broad Street (the Maritime Exchange Building), constructed in 1931 with a classic limestone and granite facade. It features a beautifully restored two-story marble lobby and is located within a short walk of the Fraunces Tavern Museum and the National Museum of the American Indian.
Suite Access
Enter through the historic Art Deco lobby on Broad Street. Check in with security in the marble lobby, and then take one of the elevators up to the law offices on Floor 6. The building is wheelchair accessible.
