She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (now Texas A&M Law) in 2002 and went on to earn a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from SMU. Her career includes serving as a staff attorney for the Court of Appeals in Dallas and teaching law as a professor for eight years. This academic background makes her an exceptional communicator, capable of breaking down complex legal jargon so that her clients fully understand their options. Licensed in both Texas and Florida, she returned to her Houston roots in 2020 to serve her local community.
