Hartford Immigration Court Overview
The Hartford Immigration Court is an administrative court under the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), a component of the U.S. Department of Justice. Located in the AA Ribicoff Federal Building on Main Street, this court is responsible for conducting immigration proceedings for the State of Connecticut.
