Building Location
This is the historic Illinois Bell Building (also known as 225 Randolph), a 31-story New Formalist commercial office skyscraper completed in 1966. Designed by Holabird & Root and officially designated as a Chicago Landmark, the building features projecting marble-clad columns and is situated near the popular Naf Naf Grill.
Suite Access
Enter the building through the beautifully restored New Formalist main lobby, register at the security desk, then proceed to the elevator bank. Take the elevator to the 28th floor, where you will find the offices of the firm in Suite 2800.

The building features an on-site 88-stall underground parking garage. In addition, public parking is available nearby at the multi-level 217 West Washington Street Garage or the Franklin-Randolph Garage, both available for a daily fee.
