The Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI), formerly associated with the Office of Equal Opportunity, works to ensure equitable economic growth for all Jersey City residents. A primary focus of the office is the Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) program, which supports diverse business owners in navigating government contracting and certification. The office strives to create a level playing field for minority, women, veteran, and LGBTQ+ owned businesses. 💼🤝🏙️
