Filing a Complaint
Services are free and available to anyone who believes they have faced discrimination based on race, gender, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other protected classes. While walk-ins are sometimes accepted, it is highly recommended to schedule an appointment for intake interviews. The office ensures confidentiality throughout the investigation process. 🤐
Accessibility
The office is located on the 9th floor. Visitors must enter through the main City-County Building security checkpoints. The Commission is committed to accessibility and can provide translators and accommodations upon request for hearings or meetings.
