This is a 10-story granite and brick Class A office building built in 1990 and renovated in 2016. It features a stunning six-story atrium courtyard with a central water fountain, and is located near the TD Garden and The West End Museum.
Suite Access
Enter through the building’s main front entrance into the spacious six-story atrium lobby. Take the passenger elevator up to the eighth floor to access the offices in Suite 810.

The building offers an underground garage with limited 55 indoor parking spaces. For alternative public options, the North Station Garage and West End Garage are located close by and require parking fees.
