This is a historic 48-story Art Deco commercial office skyscraper known as the Continental Bank Building, completed in 1932. Originally designed by Cross & Cross, the building features a prominent limestone-and-brick facade, a through-block lobby, and sits adjacent to the New York Stock Exchange and near Joe & The Juice.
Suite Access
Step through the grand main entrance on Broad Street. Check in with security in the attended lobby, and then take the elevator up to the 14th Floor to access the firm’s offices inside the business center. Wheelchair accessibility is limited.
