The CTtransit Hartford Garage, located at 100 Leibert Road in the North Meadows district, serves as the central operations hub for the region’s state-owned bus system. This sprawling facility houses the administrative headquarters, dispatch center, and heavy maintenance shops for the Hartford Division’s fleet. It is the nerve center where routes are planned, drivers are managed, and buses are serviced to ensure reliable public transportation for the capital region. Important Note: The Customer Service Center and Lost & Found, previously located here, have moved to Hartford Union Station (1 Union Place) in downtown Hartford. This Leibert Road facility is now primarily for internal operations, vendor deliveries, and administrative business.
