The License Appeal Commission (LAC) provides a forum for business owners to challenge regulatory penalties. It ensures due process in the administration of Chicago’s liquor laws. Decisions made here can be further appealed to the Circuit Court of Cook County.

- Facility: Located on the Concourse Level (CL) of the Richard J. Daley Center.
- Security: Visitors must pass through courthouse security screening upon entering the building.
- Filings: Appeals must be filed within 20 days of receiving an order from the BACP.
