Visit Information
The office is situated on the 2nd floor of the Administration Building at 2 South 2nd Street. As a county government facility, visitors must pass through security screening, including metal detectors, upon entry. A valid photo ID is required. While walk-ins can sometimes be accommodated for initial applications, appointments are recommended to ensure a staff member is available to review your case. The building is centrally located near the county courthouse and is accessible via public transportation.
