About Judge Andrew H. Dowling
Judge Andrew H. Dowling serves as a Judge of the Court of Common Pleas in the 12th Judicial District of Pennsylvania, which encompasses Dauphin County. Elected to the bench in November 2009 and retained in 2019, Judge Dowling presides over a variety of legal matters within the county’s judicial system. His chambers and courtroom are located in the historic Dauphin County Courthouse in downtown Harrisburg. Prior to his judgeship, he served as a Dauphin County Deputy District Attorney and had a distinguished career as a trial lawyer in private practice.
